Nope...we haven't lost our minds.. nor have we been dipping into the beer....not much anyway! It's just about time for Christmas in July ...our ONLY Summer specialty release! Why is it called that you ask?! It's a throw back from our camp days, when we would celebrate Christmas on July 25th with our camp friends who we never got to see in the winter months... so what a better name for a special release of a winter beer aged in oak in the middle of the summer...and thus was born Cape Cod Beer's Christmas in July! See.. we're actually not that crazy!

Christmas in July is our OLD MAN WINTER...our winter STRONG ALE..aged on Oak. This year OAK is actually a recently emptied Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrel.
Once again this once a year specialty beer will be packaged in 500ml flip top bottles.
So starting WEDNESDAY July 25th.. until they are gone.. we will have about four hundred 500 ml bottles of it available at the brewery only! Limit four per customer. Available July 25th ~ $10

TIME TO GET INVOLVED... LAST GASP 2012
We need you to: RIDE...DONATE...PARTY...or all of the above! There is seriously something for everyone here! This is our biggest fundraising effort for the year, and last year the BASH raised over $21,000 for the 7 Last Gasp Charities...and Team Cape Cod Beer raised another $38,000! We also won awards for most money raised by a team, largest team and youngest "gasper"...and we think.. had the MOST FUN! 2012 is the perfect year to get involved! You can... RIDE: it is not too late to sign up to be a RIDER or a VIRTUAL RIDER on Team CapeCod Beer. Raise $500 and you are in.. Raise $1,000 and all of a sudden you are a BIG WHEEL! We provide a cool shirt, lots of beer and bragging rights! Email MJ if you want to Ride on our Team! DONATE: We are looking for AUCTION ITEMS...or you can donate CASH ( or checks) in our fish bowls at the brewery... or your can donate online to a RIDER. It all helps! If you don't have anything to donate.. donate your time! Volunteers are always needed. COME PARTY:So easy.. buy a $25 ticket online or at the brewery to the upcoming BEER BASH... tell your friends..share it on facebook or twitter...come.. have a few beers.. bid on a few items.. It's ALL GOOD! NOTE: Only 500 tickets will be sold. If they sell out before the event, NONE will be available at the door. So buy your tickets early! |
