As an additional update, we are happy to announce that our construction project has begun! The project, when completed, will include the following:
- Increase our retail apace to approximately 1,000 sq ft., allowing us to seperate tastings from growler fillings, as well as expand our logo products and local product selection.
- Add "real" office space above the retail area, so employees have real desks and spaces to work in.
- Open up the entire facility to a total of 5,000 sq ft (from the original 3,000 we started with).
- Add a large walk in cooler for finished product.
- Allow for larger brewery tours in the summer months.
We will post photos when there is something to see...right now its mostly cleaning, prepping and moving stuff around. But once we fire up the jackhammer we'll make sure you all get to see the progress.

Porter & Cherries are a match made in heaven, so we have paired them up for you as a special beer for Valentines Day. Similar to our other specialty beers, this one will only be available in champagne bottles..and while supplies last. (I believe we are shooting for close to 200 bottles) It's just the right amount of cherry, balanced nicely with the chocolate / roasted flavor of the porter. Yum! It's bound to become a Valentine's Day favorite! $10 per bottle
