 Greetings!
Ahhh January.  The beginning of the New Year.  2008 was a very good year for Cape Cod Beer.  While we are still hashing out the final final numbers it looks like we grew about 65% when our goal was about 50%.  We'll take that...we'll gladly take that thank you very much!

Of course most of that growth was during the summer months, and admittedly while people keep calling us "recession-proof", the truth is that part of our business may be - but most certainly the restaurant driven part IS NOT.  So during these dark cold slippery days of winter you will hear from us frequently reminding you to GO OUT  and GO LOCAL -  have yourself a nice meal and a couple of Cape Cod Beers.    Do it for us - do it for them - do it for yourself so you have places to eat in the spring.    What goes around comes around!  And Happy New Year!

Old Man Winter is Here!
Starting Friday Jan 9th

Always a favorite this time of year, we have brought old man winter out of hibernation a bit earlier.

We've brewed 13 barrels worth - that's twice as much as last year...and if you really like it - let us know..we may actually make more if the demand is high.  $15 new  $10 refills - It's a big beer to make!

Buster Brown joined the Cape Cod Beer family at the beginning of December.  He is a 13 week old Field Spaniel, who loves to take long walks in the woods and to chase the Marcus family cats (and boys) around the house!  If you see Buster around the brewery be sure to say hi!

Say Bye Bye to the Hyport
Our old digs torn down

In case you don't get down by the old Hyport, brace yourself next time you drive by - it's gone!  We were lucky enough to get wind of it the same day - and went down and shot a few last photos.  Click the photo to see the ones on our website.

We're on Facebook.....or at least we're trying

So, I'm not a huge adapter of the whole social network thing..at least not yet...but it appears my wife Beth is...so we have started to put together a facebook page for Cape Cod Beer.  She's no expert..so be patient ..and if you have advice you can email her beth@capecodbeer.com

So it appears we have a group called Cape Cod Beer Lovers (thanks Jessie) and a Business Account called Cape Cod Beer...Feel free to post photos if you have any...We've been trying to post events on the calendar.  And we still have Google Public Calendar as well.
Thanks again for your continued support.  We've got alot of good things going on this winter...so stay tuned!

Cheers,
