The Mid South region recently wrote an unsupported Environmental Excess Site Pollution policy, providing $10M excess $140M for a U.S. based Oil Company focused on exploration and development. The company is actively engaged in onshore domestic oil and gas production. The risk entails producing oil and gas wells, new wells to be drilled and completed, pipelines, natural gas gathering systems, compressor stations and bulk storage tank facilities. The one-year term for this unsupported excess site pollution coverage was bound for $100K in premium, and follows form over the underlying primary and excess site pollution policies.
