A Family History Video: the gift that keeps on entertaining
Everybody has that relative who has everything, and as each year  goes by, the hunt for a gift gets harder and more frustrating. Here's a great gift idea: a family history video. We can transfer your old home movies to digital format, edit them to correspond with your narration, add music that corresponds to the era being highlighted, and wa-la! You have a fantastic gift that would bring a smile to even persnickety Uncle Albert's face.
Recently we completed a video for a client by transferring all his old home movie films to a digital format. The client chose the segments he wanted to include in a family history video. To make the video even more meaningful, he narrated a commentary as the video unfolds and we then added decade-appropriate music to enrich the experience.
Since there was going to be a family reunion with members coming from afar, he decided to give each of them the video as a gift. He told us that all were very touched and as they watched video together there wasn't a dry eye in the house as they all took a journey back through their lives. His wife was particularly moved as she stated that "she fell in love all over again!"
