To measure Body Composition, we use a bioimpedance device to aid in the clinical assessment of fluid status and body composition. This helps us to measure body fat and fat free mass as well. We are, also, able to measure the integrity of the cells by seeing how much water you are holding inside and outside the cell. The health of your cells are then measured by what is called your phase angle. You would be surprised how these numbers can change when you make lifestyle changes.
