I will be much calmer by the next newsletter, and probably not three days late getting it out. But the good news is that the new photo exhibit curated by Steve Wilson is UP! The raffle tickets table has great loot. The food and drinks are starting to block the back door. And there are many, many RSVPs for the first anniversary party tomorrow (Friday) evening, so don't arrive too late!

Bainbridge Business Connections (BBC): not just for morning people anymore

 

If 7:30 on Friday morning is just not going to work, BBC is going to start up an evening meeting on the first Thursday of the month, 6-7pm. So, next week, October 4 is the inaugural BBC2! Contact bbc@eofficeinnovations.com for more information.

Get a professional 3-minute video for your website!  

 

Visit the YouTube channel for photographer and filmmaker Terry Moyemont and you might notice the use of great music in his videos. Or the comfortable, natural feel of the interviews. What you won't see are a couple of unpublished videos that were part of his proposal to shoot a documentary on glass art that starts soon.

 

Just $400 includes one session of shooting, royalty-free music, and all editing work. The offer is good through the end of October. Contact Terry, info@headofsteamvideo.com or 360-297-2624.

 

OK, here are the unpublished videos. First, a Chihuly piece from late 1990, when Terry shot two weeks of work on his "Venetian Series," with Master Blower Lino Tagliapietra. And the second is a re-edit of Terry's "Glass Dimension" documentary on the great Czech glass artists, Libensky and Brychtova. Enjoy!
