The Tuesday Brown Bag topic scheduled for this week needs to be moved to January. No worries! I heard from a few of you that there is interest in learning about the social media marketing tips I received a few weeks ago at the conference held at Islandwood. And I recently helped a member plan a new e-newsletter, so this should be fun. Feel free to send me  a copy of your latest newsletter if you want feedback, and we can even brainstrom with the group for good ideas.

By the way, one of the struggles I had with modifying this e-mail template once-upon-a-time was changing the color scheme easily. Two free resources I picked up at the conference are a color picker and a color scheme generator.

Check out our new wide-screen 24" LED monitors! Jason bought a couple for use by members on a first-come first-served basis. Just ask us if there's one available the next time you are in.  

 

Even better, do you want to be able to call us and RESERVE a monitor? You can, if you become a full-time member. We want to bribe and coddle full time members with new benefits(because, well, we want 10 full-time members by January 31, remember?). Sign up for full time and we'll also throw in a locking pedestal file cabinet. What else would you want to make this your workplace home? Please let us know; we get our best ideas from our members.

 

And how much is a full-time membership, by the way? The normal $320/month is only $272 through January 2012, and you can pre-purchase up to six months with that discount. Give us a call, 206 780-2177, and we will make it so.

Webinars, videoconferences, and [your idea here]

 

The event room has seen some good action with the packed Go Solar presentations and an interactive Time Bank webinar, and each time we see new possibilities. So we've now added to the projector and Bluetooth sound bar system: cordless microphones and a wireless mouse/pointer. You too could be like Oprah or Donahue, presenting with a microphone answering questions from attendees on a roving mic.  We've had several webinars hosted  here at OfficeXpats as well -- let us know how we can help you!

How many days each month would you use OfficeXpats? 
A 'day' might be eight hours or more of getting work done in a productive, professional, and socially supportive environment. Or using a reserved conference room to host 6 people for a 2-hr meeting. Or both! You could even invite additional meeting attendees to join by Skype video conference.  
 
  • 3 days/month (Basic)  $69
  • 5 days/month  $105
  • 10 days/month  $180
  • 15 days/month  $250
  • Full time  $320 (only $272 with 15% discount through Jan 2012)
  • add unlimited after hours/weekend access to any level  $75/month
  • add a Pavilion gym membership to any level for just $20/month

Note that memberships are limited to staffed business hours (8:30-5:30pm). Add after hours/weekends for $75/month.
