How amazing would it be to have the corporate client "Seattle World's Fair" in your portfolio! We are so honored to have the thought-provoking photography of Steve Wilson on the walls of our coworking space to remind us of our amazing Northwest environment.

in National Geographic to mention only one small bit of his resume, will be on the First Friday Art Walk this week, but that's not all! Xpat members Joe and Tammy Deets will also feature an installation of children's art from their initiative Go Solar Bainbridge, created and collected at the Harvest Festival. The hand-painted leaves and solar cells created by children are part of the Photosynthesis & Photovoltaics exhibition. Come see how the pieces get assembled into one dramatic piece!

Ready to Party?
OMG, It's October! Those who plan ahead may be starting to think about a space for a company holiday party or a board meeting or a client appreciation gathering or even a reception for a special announcement.
Whether it's business or personal, come visit us to see how our space might be a good fit for your plans. In our short time since opening, we've already had receptions and networking gatherings for over 100 people. We've screened webinars. We've had roundtable discussions. You could give a presentation, teach a class, or host a mixer with wine and cheese. We can help you find catering, or you can bring your own nibbles and use our wine glasses/plates/cloth napkins, etc. Remember, the Pavilion has restaurants and theaters that allow you to scale your event without many limitations! Give us a call or just drop by to share your ideas. |
Can more than one person use a membership?
YES! Any membership may be used by up to five people in that group. Please just sign in with your own name and the group/company/sponsor name so that we know who you 'belong' to. Sponsors, just tell us in advance who you expect to be using the membership.
One visit (up to a full day) by one person uses one of the units in that membership, therefore more than one person can be in the office at a time. A 'full time' membership means up to 20 visits per month. One 2-hr meeting is a benefit of each visit, so three members of the group could reserve a conference room for a 6-hr meeting. As always, guests are free in the conference rooms, so group members can attend a meeting without being charged for a visit. Ask us if your group membership would require more than 20 visits/month. |

Membership Levels and Pricing
How many days each month would you use OfficeXpats? A 'day' might be eight hours or more of getting work done in a productive, professional, and socially supportive environment. Or using a reserved conference room to host 6 people for a 2-hr meeting. Or both! You could even invite additional meeting attendees to join by Skype video conference. Don't forget, we're exploring 'new ways to work.'
- 3 days/month (Basic) $69
- 5 days/month $105
- 10 days/month $180
- 15 days/month $250
- Full time $320
- add unlimited after hours/weekend access to any level $75
- add a gym membership to any level $20
Note that memberships are limited to staffed business hours (8:30-5:30pm). Add after hours/weekends for $75/month.

Who We Are |
OfficeXpats on Bainbridge Island is a workplace solution beyond commuting to the corporate office or working from home.
Coworking is about making the personal choice to work alongside other people instead of in isolation. We offer a shared "community" office for remote workers, independent consultants, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.
OfficeXpats is located in the Pavilion on Madison, just a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. We hope to help you in your quest for 'new ways to work.'
