As usual at this time of the year we are starting our Australia-NZ by the glass promo, pouring Jamsheed, Dog Point, TerraVin, Kooyong, Wild Rock, Pondalowie, Jim Barry & Vasse Felix all by the glass. On the bottle list we have added a few wonderful great value French wines from the Bourgogne, Bordeaux and the Cote du Rhone as well as a few higher end new world labels from Australia (Grosset, Zabragas, Pondalowie) from Oregon- (Bergstrom). In the bar we have a couple of new things, with the cooler weather Stout is back and we have a special Smoke Infused Stout, we actually add the smoke ourselves and serve it to you while it is still trapped in the glass. The After dinner drinks menu section is new for us and contain a small selection of drinks perfect to end your evening. The classic Irish coffee...hot Americano coffee sweetened with brown sugar and a shot of Irish whiskey topped with floating fresh cream. Another of our fav's 'the Coffee Killer" translated from the Italian "Cafe Correcto", which is an espresso with a shot of grappa, other highlights include some fine Port, Sherry & Vin Santo Plus Ron Zapaca's wonderful Guatemalan Rum.

This time of year we always get excited by the prospect of the cooler season's new ingredients, unfortunately many of them do not become available till October-November time, so this year we will change the menu twice before Christmas. Nerveless this month we have quite a few new exciting dishes going on the menu, a few of the more seasonal "cool weather" selections will be added in a month or so. Highlights from our new menu might include 

Roast Pacific Cod lemon parsley mash, black olive sauce

Atlantic Salmon grilled asparagus, chunky basil pesto

IPA Steamed Mussels shallots, garlic, thyme & the beer of course

Lobster Pasta & Lobster Rolls. 

A new Selection of Steaks & Chops from the grill includes some wonderful aged New Zealand Bone-in Ribeye steak offered in 2 ways, a 650gm with the bone whopper of a cut and a boneless 300gm flat iron version, both wonderfully delicious. Don't forget that on Sunday evenings "it's steak night", all our steaks & chops are 25% off regular menu prices. Lastly a couple of new Desserts for you, the classic New Orleans Banana's Foster flambéed with brown sugar & dark rum served with rich Hokkaido mascarpone ice cream and a playful PBJ Parfait with peanut butter ice cream, chunks of cranberry Jelly & Reese's pieces
