Shannon Sodano a fitness and yoga instructor has written a great article titled "Get a Glass and Get Healthier" that I know you will want to read.

Affirmation for the Month of August
Wealth is Pouring Into My Life!
Positive Affirmation

Wealth is Pouring Into My Life!

Last month our affirmation was "I am Prosperous". This month we continue creating prosperity in our lives by affirming "Wealth Is Pouring Into My Life".

As I said in the last newsletter affirmations are my personal cheerleading squad that help me to continue to move my life forward.

We can all be prosperous and wealthy but we must believe that we can and we must do something about it. Affirming is one way of motivating us to take the positive actions we need to actually become prosperous and wealthy.  Having a plan-a vision of the life we want is a essential element in creating the life we want.

I have a plan. The plan is not just in my head I have it written down. I refer to that plan everyday and do what I need to do each day to move my plan forward.

The affirmations cheer me on each day to get keep me on track.

Write your vision-your plan down and use the affirmations to cheer you on each day.
