Our path is the road we have taken all through life, from childhood to the present moment. Our roads are winding roads, from the delivery room at the hospital, to where you are seated as you read this today.
 
God not only knows you intimately, but He is thoroughly acquainted with the highway you have traveled.  Here are three key points.
 
1.     God knows where you have been! Did your path take you through a wilderness? A time of pain? A divorce? An illness? A period of depression, rejection, and failure? Multiple disappointments? God is completely familiar with every inch of the highway you have traveled since you were born.

 
2.     God knows where you are on life's highway today. If your goals have not been fulfilled and if your dreams have not come to pass, He knows it. There are people who bloom early; people who bloom in mid life; and people who bloom late in life. If your dreams have not come to pass yet, you are going to be a late bloomer!

3.     God knows where you are going. You might not know where you are headed, but He knows. Faith is trusting God when you can't see where you are headed. Abraham followed God when he did not know where he was going. You might not know today where you are headed, but if you keep obeying God, you will soon be given understanding. God may keep you in the dark for a while, but light will soon come! Stay close to God through the dark places, knowing that God loves you and would never take you anywhere that would be harmful to you.
