We are excited to announce our new blog, The Naviant Cafe. This blog, run by Naviant's Professional Services Group (PSG) and updated weekly, will whet your appetite for ECM knowledge, as we serve up articles within a variety of categories designed to help you operate more efficiently, including:

Naviant Support Announces "Naviant Live"

Naviant's PSG team now offers "Naviant Live" chat as another option to support our Tiered customers (Tier 1, 2 & 3). "As a leading support provider, we continue to search for more efficient ways to support our customers, and adding "Naviant Live" is just another way to expand our reach", says Chris Krause, PSG Team Leader.

 

The chat feature is very easy to use, perfect for non "system down" requests, and integrates with our CRM so your Naviant Live session will be tracked in our system, and you will receive an open ticket confirmation as usual.

To start a Naviant Live session, go to the Naviant Customer Portal. Simply click on the "Naviant Live" button during normal business hours and your chat session will automatically be initiated with one of our team members.


Naviant Workshop: Developing an Enterprise Strategy for Content Management

 

Are you an executive responsible for driving your content management strategy across your organization? Please join Naviant and your executive peers on October 3rd in Wisconsin Dells for a roundtable on the What/Why/How's of Developing an Enterprise Strategy for Content Management. This session will cover a wide-array of considerations from an executive's perspective, including key components from BPM (business process), ECM (enterprise content), and RM (records). 

 The morning roundtable (8:30am - Noon) will focus on higher-level, broad-based strategy creation topics such as why creating a strategy is important, the general concepts and areas of coverage, and delve into strategy creation and keys to successful execution. The afternoon roundtables (1:00pm - 4:30pm) will provide a deeper dive into areas critical for defining and implementing a content management strategy, including IT Architecture and Infrastructure, Process Modeling and Methodology, Metrics and Reporting, and Records Management.

OnBase Training Courses: The Virtual Experience

Did you know Hyland now offers an Online Classroom option for all OnBase Training Courses? The course is exactly the same material led by Hyland trainers in a virtual classroom, and it's designed to save you travel expenses and time away from the office. Many customers have taken advantage of this option because of the affordability and flexibility, and the wide variety of course offerings (most courses are offered several times per month)!
