Wanted - Your Used Shoes

The National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) which I have been an active member of since 2004 is excited to announce the kick off of the World Wide Soles4Souls Shoe Drive. Organizing by Doreen is joining this challenge to collect shoes and/or cash donations for those in need across the world. Take a few minutes to watch this video. Soles4Souls story
What is the Soles4Souls Challenge?
The Soles4Soles Challenge is a world wide program developed between Soles4Souls and NAPO members to encourage their communities and clients to clean out their closets and donate gently worn footwear for a good cause. I am sure many of you will find at least one pair of shoes to donate to this great cause. This shoe drive will continue until the end of January 2012. If you would like to have your own shoe drive, please contact me and I will help you get set up.
Footwear is a first step in helping people in impoverished areas live healthy, productive lives. Footwear can help eliminate the spreading of diseases through the foot as well as help children obtain an education, as many schools have footwear requirements to attend.
It's simple. Start collecting your shoes today to donate. Tell your friends to collect used shoes. Or help us with a cash donation to pay for shipping these shoes (it is about $1 per pair of shoes to ship). I will be happy to arrange to pick up your shoes/donations, just contact Organizing by Doreen at 480-33-1556 or email to me. They are taking children, men and women shoes of all sizes. Soles4Souls is a non-profit recognized by the IRS; therefore, donations are eligible for tax credits. Let me know if you need a receipt.
