I'm writing to you now with a special request to help us make the most of our opportunity to WIN IN 2010 by joining our Headquarters Club with a small monthly donation. Enthusiasm for Republicans is high this year, and we want to capitalize on that energy. Last weekend, we kicked off our 'Race to the Polls', an aggressive weekly campaign to encourage Republicans to vote on the opening weekend, Oct. 14-16, of early voting - over 100 volunteers and candidates attended!

Having a headquarters office allows us to channel this energy into electing Republicans. Our Headquarters Club helps pay the operating costs for our MeckGOP Headquarters office, roughly $3,000 a month. We are one of the few Republican County Parties in North Carolina to maintain a year-round office. Hundreds of Republican volunteers, candidates, precinct chairs, elected officials, and more use this space every year. Your Headquarters Club donation of $10, $25 or more a month will go a long way to supporting these efforts.

Our goal is 150 new members of our Headquarters Club over the next 30 days. You will begin receiving weekly updates showing our barometer moving up as we approach our goal. Every tenth giver will be announced in the weekly update and will receive a free "Race to the Polls" t-shirt.
