Do you feel it? 
 Are you hearing the sounds in the distance? Up in Richmond and Trenton and even Boston!?!?
 
It's 2010 ... and CHANGE is in the air! Change is coming to state capitals and town councils across the country.
 
The time has come to bring REAL Change to the Mecklenburg County Commission and the North Carolina General Assembly ... and to support Sen. Richard Burr and Rep. Sue Myrick in their effort to stand for freedom in Washington by re-electing them and sending Republicans to represent the 8th and 12th Congressional Districts.
 
If you care about standing for:
  • stronger families and communities,
  • a government that knows its limits,
  • the rule of law at our borders,
  • protection for society's unborn future generations,
  • fiscal responsibility, and
  • the simple idea that "more freedom" is better than "more government" ...
Then, 2010 is not a year you want to be found sitting on the sidelines.
 
The MeckGOP is hard at work organizing precincts, communicating with voters, recruiting and supporting strong candidates, but we need YOUR help if we are going to have a real impact on the 600,000 voters in Mecklenburg County in 2010.
 
In fact, there are two things you can do RIGHT NOW to support the MeckGOP in 2010.
(a) Visit and join the MeckGOP Facebook Page.
 
(b) After you join, click the "Suggest to Friends" link under Lincoln's picture to invite ALL of your Mecklenburg County Facebook Friends to follow the MeckGOP on Facebook.
Doesn't sound like much?  It's not.  But, the more of those 600,000 voters that the MeckGOP is able to communicate with via Facebook over the course of this year ... the closer we will all be to seeing the results we want for our future starting at 7:00pm, November 2, 2010, and like every election it all starts with you communicating with your friends.
