Hello Friends & Colleagues

I am re-sending this earlier version of the Energy & Wellness Newsletter due to the many requests from viewers of the last showing of this Documentary to show it again so they could bring friends, colleagues and family members. Since many people did not recieve this I am leaving the content pretty much the same as it still expresses my sentiments.

The problem of PTSD is not limited to Veterans and anyone who suffers from this challenging affliction can gain hope from viewing this film! Please  forward this email to anyone you think may benefit - therapists, friends, family.... They may thank you for it.

As you know, some of my passions are teaching, treating clients and getting the word out about Emotional Freedom Techniques. Over the past year and a half, I have been priviledged to work with a number of military veterans with severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression and anxiety, related to their service to Canada and the world. It has been deeply moving for me to see the exciting changes these people have experienced from our EFT work together.

I was inspired to do this work by the above Documentary; OPERATION: Emotional Freedom, produced by Canadian filmaker Eric Hurre. Eric followed a group of 10 Veterans, all with severe PTSD, during and following treatment with EFT. For 5 days these courageous soldiers were offered free treatment by a team of top EFT practitioners, including founder Gary Craig. This production illustrates the powerful and inspiring journey of a number of these men and some of their wives, over the five days and following up a year later.

I want to share this Documentary with you because I know that you are a person who thinks outside the box, and wants to know more about healing and wellness. You may also know someone who could benefit from attending this film screening or from receiving treatment with EFT. I also hope you will join me for your own learning.

Watching this film will move and inspire you. I guarantee it!

If you have a friend, family member or clients who suffer with PTSD, or if you are an military member or veteran I invite you to view this moving and inspiring documentary.

 * Caution: there are some scenes and verbal comments in this documentary which some military veterans with PTSD and others who are vulnerable, may find trigger distress. If you have such concerns you could:

 1. view the trailer for this movie and STOP the recording if you find your distress is not manageable, Or 2. click to. contact Karen Ledger RN BScN film presenter, for more information. You may be one of the most important people to benefit from this amazing healing tool.

In Praise for
OPERATION: Emotional Freedom...

"Hey Eric, My name is Nathan Fritog son of Art Fritog (one of the Veterans shown in the film) ....As of right now I am deployed in Afghanistan, I was wondering if you could mail a copy of this film so I could play it for my Marines during our morale nights. I really want to thank you for all you have done for my father he is my best friend now and a totally different person. Hopefully EFT will be able to help us in the same way when we get back." ~Cpl Fritog USMC

"Your work is giving great inspiration and confidence within the world of energy healing, and I imagine it is extending much further." ~ David Feinstein, PhD.

"I am a Vietnam veteran and have seen "The Answer" video and cannot say enough about how good it is. We are using tapping in a vet group I am currently in. Thank you." C.A.,Vietnam combat veteran, Maine

"It is amazing how one film could be so powerful. I refer my PTSD clients to watch the film because it can motivate them like nothing else. Your work is spreading out in ever widening circles of healing.  Thanks so much for it, it has given me hope for myself and those I serve. .  You may have filmed it for vets, but those of us in our private wars are watching as well." ~Sincerely, Kate Reed LCPC

"The documentary film 'Operation Emotional Freedom, the Answer' is a clear path to curing PTSD for all our veterans. Be sure to get the film and tell your friends, especially those who have suffered through war."
