Did You Know?
The Green Foundation's property at 3809 Chestnut is a joint effort between the Newport News Green Foundation and the Chestnut Avenue Merchant's Association. The property provides beautifully landscaped greenspace and serves as a gateway to the Chestnut Avenue business district. The property is a 0.31 acre site with professional landscaping and was donated to the Foundation in November of 2006. If you haven't seen this great property drive by today!

Annual Fund Campaign
The Newport News Green Foundation is currently conducting its annual fundraising campaign. Donations to the campaign are 100% tax deductible and go to fund the Foundation's mission - to promote the creation and preservation of green space throughout the City of Newport News through advocacy, acquisition, and assistance to others in order to make Newport News a more visually attractive place to live, work, and play.
