Makeup artist closes Potion boutique in Birkdale
|
 Award-winning make-up artist Samantha Smith announces the opening of Samantha Alexandra studio in east Charlotte.
Smith closed Potion, a luxury beauty boutique in Birkdale Village, on Friday, Feb. 19.
At the studio, Smith
will offer by-appointment services and consultations, with an emphasis on weddings and special events.
She will continue to do editorial and commercial work.
Smith also is developing her exclusive private-label cosmetics line, which she plans to debut in 2010.
On Saturday, Feb. 27, Smith will be at Jordanos for free spring make-up
consultations from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
