  • Implementing Plesk as the new control panel for our shared Web Hosting customers.
  • Implementing new network, application, and server monitoring solutions that will notify system administrators of performance issues on the network or servers, ensuring peak performance and reliability.  
  • Researching and testing new cluster solution.
  • Applying firmware updates and patches to the server infrastructure.
