Call the local or toll-free "Preferred Accounts" number.

During normal business hours (7:00AM-5:00PM CST) calls will be answered immediately.

After hours (24x7x365), report the problem to our dispatch center and a systems administrator will be paged.
PLEASE have the following information ready for our techs to ensure fast response time:
- company name
- contact name
- BTInet customer number (if known)
- call-back phone number
- e-mail address
- type of service (Server Hosting, Managed Firewall, Managed Router/T1, etc.)
- general problem description
