Join us on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at the Holiday Inn Select, Clinton for the 2010-2011 HART Annual Meeting and Awards Breakfast, 8:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m.
The morning will feature the presentation of awards to commuters, employers and municipalities that have exemplified HART's mission in the past year. Award notices will be sent to individuals, carpools, vanpools, bicycle commuters, and employers in the coming weeks.
Mr. John Glynn, Director of Hunterdon County Roads, Bridges and Engineering will be presented with the "Linda P. Yenzer Memorial Award" for his longevity of service and dedication to transportation in Hunterdon County.

Carpoolers, Bicycle Commuter Featured in "Hunterdon Observer" Newspaper
Congratulations and a hearty "thank you" to carpoolers Liz Smith and Brenda Chessari, teachers at Reading Fleming Intermediate School in Flemington and bicycle commuter John Zengel, ExxonMobil Research and Engineering, for being profiled in a recent article on commuting alternatives. "Commuting Options in the Age of $4 Gas" was the front page story in the June 4, 2011 edition of the Hunterdon Observer newspaper.

Road Closures Scheduled
Main Street, Flemington, is currently closed between Fulper Road and Church Street. A detour is locally posted.
County Route 523 in the Township of Readington, will be CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC, 5/10 of a mile from Edgewood Road and 5/10 of a mile from Johnson Road (County Culvert R-118) starting on June 27, 2011 for approximately 8-10 weeks. This is one of the most highly traveled county roads. Please plan accordingly. A detour will be locally posted.

The morning will feature the presentation of awards to commuters, employers and municipalities that have exemplified HART's mission in the past year.
Mr. John Glynn, Director of Hunterdon County Roads, Bridges and Engineering will be presented with the "Linda P. Yenzer Memorial Award" for his longevity of service and dedication to transportation in Hunterdon County.
The keynote speaker will be Mr. Tom Kloza, Senior Oil Analyst, with the Oil Price Information Service based in Wall, NJ. Mr. Kloza has covered and analyzed crude oil, refined products, and gas liquids for more than 30 years. He provides expert commentary for print and electronic media during times of oil volatility, and is regularly quoted in USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Business Week, Newsweek, and numerous other periodicals throughout the country. He has commented specifically on OPEC matters and U.S. gasoline and diesel prices for the BBC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, CBS News, and ABC. He is also a frequent guest lecturer on fuel price economics at a number of colleges and universities as well as for key petroleum associations. He has appeared on camera in energy forums for CNBC, Nightline, the CBS Morning Show, and Good Morning America.
