We Did It!
Vintage Band Festival 2010 ended four weeks ago. We've continued to post photos and updates on our Facebook page, but there are undoubtedly some performers, concert goers and those who couldn't attend at all who don't do the Facebook thing, so we thought we'd send one last newsletter.
Many new friendships were established or rekindled during the weekend, lots of great music was shared (37 hours of performances!), and listeners developed a an appreciation for the serious commitment that all the bands have in preserving and promoting their musical styles.

Buddy Can You Spare a Dime?
Vintage Band Festival 2006 ended it's run with a small deficit, but we cleared that up without too much difficulty. VBF 2010 had a much larger budget and it was supported very substantially by organizations and individuals alike and yet . . . it also finished with a slight deficit.
