Meet PG2.
 Steve Galazka, Senior Consultant for PerformanceG2, Inc.
Steve Galazka has over seven years of business intelligence experience in health care, manufacturing and education industries, helping clients utilize their BI technology to its fullest. Shortly after college, Steve started out as a financial analyst and was quickly introduced into BI, where he played an integral role in the development, modeling and reporting standards for the tool. Thereafter, Steve has acted as a project lead for companies migrating content to newer Cognos versions, implementation, configuration, security and established the environment using best practices and providing training to end users. Steve has recently worked with a client leveraging their existing Oracle database security with Cognos, and created the client's development, test and production environments which resulted in a design of their work-flow diagram as well as a complete re-organization of their Cognos content.
