Neil McHugh, V.P of Sales for PerformanceG2
Neil McHugh comes to PerformanceG2 with over 15 years of experience in the Business Intelligence, IT and Economic Development sectors. Neil spent 7 years with Cognos, an IBM company, in various roles starting as a technical instructor and senior consultant. He then moved into management as a director of education for Cognos running the education practice for most of the United States in the commercial and public lines of business, helping clients realize the full potential of their Business Intelligence investment through training and consulting by working closely with clients to develop and deliver training and consulting plans. Prior to Cognos, Neil served as a director for a training company based out of Portland as their director of training and development for the student body and staff. Neil comes from a technical background and started in IT as a programmer and data warehouse developer and was part of an expansion team who developed new locations for the Information Technology Institute in Denver and Portland. Prior to the IT field, Neil worked in the Economic Development sector helping new businesses and initiatives plan and execute new business plans or expansion plans successfully. Neil received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Francis Xavier University and holds a Master of Information Technology and Education from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
