The S.W.A.T. Team is the missions arm of Discover Life Church and the vision to "wake the church and win the unchurched." We believe in the Saving Grace we have been given through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We believe that God, our Father, loved the world so much (even as wretched, corrupted and contaminated as we had become), that He sacrificed His most precious, sinless, spotless Son, for us. We believe, that Christ, perfect and pure, boundless and infinite, cloaked in the majesty of all Heavenly Glory, took upon Himself, flesh - flawed, limited, hopelessly draped in the chains of evil, and eternally indebted by the wages of sin.
            After all He did and does for us, with the price already paid, He asks of us, just one thing. Do not let His suffering be in vain. Be free. Live victoriously, as children of the King should be. Tell the world. Don't be selfish. He came so that none would perish.
  "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matt 28: 19 & 20, NIV)
            We who have heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ, who have been blessed to receive His gift of Salvation, need to strive to get the Good News out to the world.
            The S.W.A.T. Team believes the return of our Lord is fast approaching. The enemy of humanity knows this, and has stepped up his offensive. He is in all-out battle against God's children. 
We know the outcome of the war. The enemy knows his fate, but he pledged to take mankind down with him. For lack of knowledge many will perish. S.W.A.T. is not willing to let that happen. No casualty is an acceptable loss to us. 
Our mission is to get the weapon, which is the Gospel of Jesus Christ, into the hands and hearts of the world. If you would fight for your King.... WE WANT YOU!
