 Come and meet Chrissie Farrrar, Art Jewelry Deisgner, at Nielsens Gifts Saturday. Chrissie is the creator and artist/designer of Star Dust & Imagination.
Chrissie combines vintage glass beads from all over the world, Swarovski crystals and art glass beads to create unique designs. She makes all of the beaded chain individually from various metals including her new favorite Niobium for its fabulous colors. Her sterling silver pieces are all handfabricated, cut, soldered and polished. Chrissie uses natural stones as well as glass, though she prefers the broader range of colors of glass.
Her father, Doug Farrar, is also an artist who focuses on fusing and lampworking glass. Her business is a family affair with Chrissie's mom helping with the accounting portion.
