My Townhome Realty owner adding staff, expertise for growth

For T.J. Larsen, The Vyne was a wake-up call. Larsen's firm, My Townhome Realty, had been handling sales of the condo development at the corner of Central Avenue and Briar Creek Road when the property was foreclosed on early this year. After Community One Bank took possession of the 33-unit building and adjoining property in January, it handed the sales assignment to another brokerage firm. Larsen says he was floored.
