I wanted you to have these links - they are excellent examples of how coaching plans should be organized. They are from John Napier's website (a highly regarded coach here in the area).

The list may seem a bit overwhelming, but if you have hardly any time, please clik on the link and take a look at this particular U-12 practice and note how much of the practice are games, then ending with 3v3 or 4v4 scrimmages.
