Hope you all had a great weekend! I heard lots of positive comments from the weekend NICE JOB by all!

 

I would like to restate the getting paid policy:

 

1) Please understand that we have "outside of the league" volunteers helping distribute payments to you. Mistakes will be made. 

 

2) You are responsible for helping to catch those mistakes. Just like if you received an envelope of cash from a coach or Leanne you would tell them you were overpaid, right? Certainly you are going to tell them if it is short.

 

3) Please collect one check for the entire day, do not collect after each game.

 

4) You should know how much you will be paid (see below). If you are overpaid notify me immediately if a mistake is made on your payment. This is part of what demonstrates the awareness of what you are doing and your integrity.

 

5) If we have an overpayment we can deduct that from your future Rec games. No need to worry about the hassle of reimbursements. Just make sure the folks paying you note it on your payment stub in the checkbook. 

We have had one mistake each weekend. Ismael (thanks for calling me) was overpaid by $36 caused by a math error and Morgan was overpaid by $60 because two checks were issued instead of one.

Ismael - you already confirmed you would deduct $36 off your next check.
Morgan - please confirm you will deduct $60 off your next check.
 
I personally input all of the checks and I tie them out each week.
