Coaches and Team Parents:
The picture schedule should be out soon.
Here is some other important information for you to help Picture Day, Saturday September 19th, run as smoothly as possible.
Please have your team at the Upper El black top area 20 minutes before your scheduled picture time.
Have the following paperwork with you and completed when you arrive:
- A picture form for each player, whether or not they are purchasing extra pictures
- yellow grocery card fundraiser form.
You'll be handed a team verification form. Please make sure that the names of each player are spelled correctly, and that you list your assistant coach and team parent on the form.
When you line up your players for the photographs please have your team lined up in alphabetical order, as well as having the forms in alphabetical order.
