Recreational rosters are now posted to the website! This means all of you who play and also want to referee can make plans and get your availability in to Leanne.

Here are the instructions on how to see your schedules. If, for example, I wanted to see Division 2/3 - "The Team" - Coach Cozzi, I would set the page like this:
Season: 2009
Conference: Division 2/3 Coed
Division: Division 2/3 Coed
Team: The Team - Cozzi
Month: All Months
Year: 2009
Ok, so now you know when you are not playing and could take some games.
A few things to consider for everyone:
1) Tell Leanne, through the availability form, when you are available. Add enough time on either side of your game to allow for travel between fields, warm-up time with your team, or other situations.
2) You still need to be able to get there 30 minutes before game time. If you are already at that particular field playing then cool for you.
3) You should put in the notes of the availability form if your brother or sister is playing in a particular division; "Brother plays in 4 Boys" is sufficient. It does not necessarily mean you won't work that division just that we'll try to work around it if possible.
4) Leanne plans and assigns several weeks ahead. DO NOT think that you can submit your availability the week before a gme and expect to get work. Those games will already be assigned.
5) Process: you submit your availability via the website, Leanne assigns and sends you an email with your games, you reply to her accepting the game. Simple eh?
6) DO NOT, unless you have an honest emergency, turn back your games once you have accepted them.
7) DO inform both Leanne and me immediatley upon realizing you cannot complete and assignment that you have accepted.
9) DO, in the comments section, indicate if you are a new referee this year or a new referee from last year that maybe never worked. We have a lot of new referees this year and not all your names are familiar to Leanne yet.
10) We will be using three referees this year for the entire season on the Middle School, Division 2/3 field. This will provide some good training opportunities for many of you.

League season starts September 12th, that is only two weeks away. I spoke to Leanne today and she'll be working on the first two, maybe three weeks, of league season in the next few days.
