Today, we received the email below from the school district.
We are not sure who the coach is and it does not really matter. What matters is this behavior not show up on the fields again, by anyone.
It is not acceptable behavior that:
- The grounds keeping crew was not immediately cooperated with;
- That a vehicle was driven on to the school grounds;
- That a recreational practice was held BEFORE August 1st. We DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE until August 1st.
We use these fields at no cost and entirely at the pleasure of the district. From my call with Colleen I can tell you this was not pleasurable for the district.
This behavior jeopardizes our relationship and cannot be tolerated. If you have any questions about the rules and what we are obligated to do please ask. I am positive we were quite clear at draft when practices could start and I know it is posted to the calendar.

Our groundsmen are aerating fields and came across a team
practicing at the Elementary School who wouldn't leave until I drove the cart
to the field and told them they had to leave. Will you please give me a
call?
