Dr. Diamond's street photographs, like all his artwork, are created with the specific intention of raising the Life Energy (chi) of the viewer. Perhaps it seems odd to think of street photography, with its urban subject matter, as being healing -- as opposed to, say, nature scenes. That, however, is the uniqueness of Dr. Diamond's vision.

As he puts it:
"The power of photography, of all the arts, is to attract. What to the casual eye is seen to be but a meaningless jumble on the street -- quite unattractive -- to the creative eye is phanic (from the root BHA, to shine, to glow, to blaze, to radiate). And the photographer, through his activity, causes you to now be attracted, to share his Experience of the apparently ordinary: to Behold the Spirit everywhere, as everything, as everyone."
Hence the title of this exhibit: Beholding the Spirit Everywhere.

So please do come and visit the exhibition, particularly the OPENING on Saturday November 5 when Dr. Diamond will talk on his unique approach to using art as a healing modality. This event is absolutely FREE and offers a rare chance to experience the wisdom of one of the foremost pioneers on health and healing in person. If you've never heard him before, Dr. Diamond is a compelling presenter; and if you have, you'll know that no two presentations are ever the same!
