The Bendheim Gallery in Greenwich, CT will host a lecture and book signing by Dr. Diamond this coming Saturday, May 21 at noon. The lecture follows the recent successful opening of Dr. Diamond's exhibit at the gallery - "Art for Healing: Pathway to the Soul."
A pioneer in holistic medicine, Dr. Diamond is primarily a healer who believes that the purpose of all artistic endeavors should be to actuate the Life Energy, the healing power within. The magnificent artwork and photographs in this exhibit were all created with the specific intention of being therapeutic for those viewing them, and embody a wholly original aesthetic which Dr. Diamond has developed over a period of more than fifty years.

 Two recently published books by Dr. Diamond articulate different aspects of his unique approach to art as a modality for holistic health: My Painting Guidance: Su Shih, Wang Wei and the Nanga, and Art for Healing: Guided Painting Then and Now, a work of seminal importance.
And speaking of Dr. Diamond's books, get ready for the soon-to-be-released, eagerly awaited Freedom from Fear: Transcending Economic Crisis. Written in response to the recent economic turmoil, the book is at once a brilliant examination of the psychopathology of such crises, and an inspirational guide, showing us how to transcend its effects at both a personal and societal level.
