From Pastor Wes
"Evangelism"
Have you ever wished that you could be more effective in pointing your friends and family to Jesus Christ?
Although many Christians wish they could, they are filled with anxiousness when they hear the word "evangelism" and assume that is only for other people.
Did you know that right now you have about the greatest possibility in the history of the world to share your faith in Jesus Christ with others---and can do so in a easy and non-anxiety-causing way? Social media tools, such as Facebook, are a great way to let people know who you are spiritually and what God is doing in your life. You don't have to "get all preachy." Just include comments that suggest and affirm what Jesus Christ has done-- and is doing-- in your life. It doesn't hurt to mention what's going on at your Church sometimes, too! Jesus said, "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven." (Matthew 5:16) God Bless You Today!

Thanks to Brian Clark
Brian has blessed Grace Community Church by leading the men's Sunday School Class these recent months and we deeply appreciate his leadership in this! Since he will be graduating from Princeton Theological Seminary soon and relocating to the new ministry that God has for him, he will be leaving us. This Sunday, following the Sunday Morning Service there will be a brief time of fellowship to express our thanks to him and to wish him well in his next endeavours. |

Youth Sunday April 29
Our youth, under the leadership of Pastor Matt, will be leading the service on Sunday Morning, April 29. This is part of the new initiative of youth-led worship services on the final Sunday of each month that has five Sundays (that's April, July, September and December this year). These wonderful young people have been preparing music, drama--to the glory of God. |
| New Email Addresses
As part of the continuing commitment to good stewardship, we are changing email addresses for Grace Community related communication:
Please update your address book, these are effective immediately. This will save the Church about $140.00 per year.
