From Pastor Wes
In some parts of the Christian Church the Sunday after Easter is called "Low Sunday." The source of this name is likely that after the "high" of Easter, there is a let-down the following week. One of the great things about being a disciple of Jesus Christ is that even on "low" days, we have something and Someone to celebrate! On Monday of this week, Sarah and I went to Longwood Gardens in the Philadelphia area. Once part of the du Pont estate, this is a place of much foliage and created beauty. While looking at the beautiful "Bird of Paradise" plants we commented on God's character and the beauty that He has created. Yes, as Christians we always have reasons to rejoice and take hope. Christ is Risen! The Bible says: "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!" (Phil 4:4) Every week and every day is a gift from God to live in the joy and power that He bestows upon us! God Bless You Today!

Clean Living in a Muddy World

These are indeed amazing days of great technological options. Almost every new invention can be used for good and God or it can be used in ways that subvert the message of Christ and the lifestyle He calls us to. In this Sunday's Sermon Pastor Wes will be addressing the role of a Christian living in a www & social media age. Text your thoughts and questions on this to Pastor Wes at 609-226-9615 by Sunday.
