"Divine
Appointments"

A young person wandered into the church building this week for assistance and counseling.

I was just headed out to two hospitals to visit people going through serious health issues.  Fortunately, one of our members, a lady "full of God's grace and power" was at the Church available to speak with the visitor.

As I began to introduce the two, they immediately realized they knew one from another context many months ago--so there was an immediate bond and good ministry followed.

Coincidence?
"It's a small world"?

Or perhaps a divine appointment where the right two people met at the right time so God could accomplish something good.

The Bible tells us that "In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps" (Proverbs 16:9).

As Christians, we seek always to be guided by God and to make right choices in where we go and and what we do.  At the same time, God is working through us at a deeper level to get us to where He needs us to be.

Watch for the divine appointments He has for you this week!

May God Bless You Today!

We are looking for logo designs, so if you have artistic abilities, please share your ideas with the Pastors.

Sunday Theme-Church Dinner: The Greatest Gift

Jesus Loves U HeartThe February Church Dinner will be taking place this Sunday, February 12th.  Sandi Weyna is heading up our Church dinners this year, and these will be a great guest and fellowship opportunity as we accomplish together.

We're asking your participation in two ways:  First, for each family unit, please bring a crock pot or similar dish of your choice to share with others. Second, We also asking each person to participate in 1 of 5 teams: Set-up Team, Decorating Team, Preparation Team, Kitchen Clean-up Team or Fellowship Hall Clean-up Team.  Thank you so much for pitching in to make this go smoothly!
