Does the advertising  say "Merry  Christmas" or "Happy Holidays"?  Does the town square allow a nativity scene or not?

At Christmas we are always reminded that we are in a cultural tug of war--will Christ be honored or discarded?

Jesus is an offense to many people.  Humans are created for worship. Something or someone will be the lord of our lives.  God coming into the world is an exclamation point that all else that we worship is meaningless .

But there is coming a day "every knee will bow and every tongue  confess that Jesus is God!"

Celebrate HIM today!

Christmas Choir the Sunday:
"Festival of Lights",  is the theme for the Choir presentation this Sunday.  This Christmas music reminds us that the Source of Light that shines throughout this darkest world is the Messiah, Jesus Christ!   Jesus.....Wonderful, Counselor, Prince of Peace--Christmas is all about His unending love.   Thank you to all our choir members who put so much time in preparation for this vital ministry.  Many thanks to Paul Lai for his excellent leadership!  We're delighted too  that Jenny O'Harold will be able to join in singing, coming from South Carolina for this occasion!
Christmas Day Family Worship Service:                               Plan on the whole family attending a beautiful Worship Service of carols and praise on Christmas Sunday.  The Worship Service will begin at 10:45 in the Main Sanctuary. The most accessible parking will be at the front door of the Church.  No Sunday School on this day, only the main worship service. There will be a special Christmas Offering to support the ministry & mission of the Church of the Nazarene around the world.  Give as you are able!
