GREEN APPLE DAY OF SERVICEWest Michigan is undeniably one of the most vibrant sustainability regions in the country. It's time to represent these values by registering a project for USGBC's Green Apple Day of Service.
On September 29th, Chapters from around the country will be performing acts of service in their local schools. Acts of service can be as simple as planning a day of outside activities for the students, or as proactive as coordinating volunteers to conduct a baseline energy audit on the school and help educate the community on these results ultimately creating an action plan for the school.
