river's edge convention center focus group meetings
August 15-16

The City of St. Cloud in partnership with the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce has entered into a consulting agreement with VenuWorks for the purpose of conducting an assessment of the many factors that influence the newly expanded River's Edge Convention Center's (RECC) current market, operation and financial position.  This assessment is intended to evaluate various aspects of current venue operations and to make recommendations to the City and River's Edge Convention Center stakeholders regarding methodology for optimal performance.

SBG logo As part of the study process, VenuWorks is scheduling a series of focus group meetings on August 15-16, 2012 to gather input from stakeholders that have a vested interest in the success of the Center.   A successful venue is measured by the quantity and quality of the events hosted at the facility and the positive economic impact these events have in the community.

Downtown, particularly, has a vested interest.  The DTC is supportive and appreciative of this effort and invite you to participate in one of the focus group meetings.  Each group is limited to no more than 20 people.  All focus group sessions will be held at the RECC in the Herberger Suite, located on the 2nd floor next to the administration office.
