Antrim is always looking for talented people who have a desire to get more involved in their community and the world of theater. In addition to actors, we need directors, producers, stage managers, lighting and sound staff, costumers, prop staff and help with all the thousands of tasks we need to perform to keep this theater running. If you are interested I urge you to visit our website at www.antrimplayhouse.com and send an email to any of the board members. You'll be surprised at the fun you will have.

President's Corner
Dear Members,
Our 74th season got off to a great start with the hugely successful production of The Odd Couple. Thanks to the cast, crew and all of you who came to support us.
We hope to continue that success with our next main stage production of Inherit The Wind, coming to you in November. In between we have a couple of exciting events going on at Antrim. A Halloween Costume party on Oct. 29th and a hilarious night of comedy called Antrim Antics in November. Please join us for these great events.
We are working very hard at Antrim to continue to bring you quality shows like the Odd Couple but we can only do it with your support. I am not talking about monetary support, rather, what we desperately need is community support. It takes dozens of back stage people to produce one of our shows. Costumers, set painters and builders, set designers, stage managers, furniture and prop specialists, set decorators, lighting and sound operators, just to name a few. Antrim is woefully short on this type of help. I know that there must be many of you out there who have talent in these areas or would be willing to learn a new skill. All it takes is a desire to get involved and a little bit of time. If you always wanted to get involved in theater but didn't know how to get started, it's easy. Just call me at the number below and help us keep the "Community In Community Theater".
Sincerely,
Marty Andreas President - Antrim Players (845) 664-0689
