New Board, Winning Students Highlight an Active Weekend
ARCE's 60th Annual Meeting took place April 24-26 under warm, sunny skies in Dallas, Texas. Over 100 fascinating presentations, ranging in topic from the iconographic use of "Water Lilies in Ancient Egypt" to the "History, Function, and Meaning of Temple Crypts," as well as the latest field reports from expedition teams, were attended by more than 300 enthusiasts, academics and students.

mid-June, 36 American university students will step on to the baking tarmac at
Cairo International Airport and start a language learning experience destined
to change them forever, or at least for the next two months.
