| COFFEE HOUSE | |
An amazing group of local musicians performed at the Coffee House on Friday, January 14. This seasonal event takes place at the Lancaster Playhouse in White Stone with performers who donate their time and talent to raise money for the Guardian program.
The lineup included 15-year-old Tom Euler, The Northern Neck Big Band, Faith Waddy, and Cody Brockman. Between acts, Brad Parks and Susan Robertson performed songs from the recent Lancaster Players production, "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change." Open mic performers were Hank Stupi and Rick Gilbert.
The event was organized by volunteers Ben Estes and Suzy Long. Ben also served as MC that evening and Suzy played piano. NetCruisers once again generously donated the coffee and desserts. For more information on the next Coffee House, including performance, sponsorship and volunteer opportunities, please contact Susan Johnson at sjohnson@peninsulaymca.org. |
