 MGM and JLTV Sign 52-Week Movie Package Deal
MGM and JLTV have signed a year-long agreement on a movie package that contains thirty of the studio library's most acclaimed films, each featuring Jewish talent or theme. MGM's highly acclaimed films include: Exodus starring Paul Newman, directed by Otto Preminger, based on the book by Leon Uris; Yentl starring Barbara Streisand; Judgment at Nuremberg starring Maxmilian Schell; Europa, Europa a dramatic Holocaust film; One Day in September, the Academy Award winning documentary memorializing the Israeli athletes in the Munich Olympics; Operation Thunderbolt recounting Israel's raid on Entebbe; the comedy Lemon Popsicle, as well as other Israeli films; and several Woody Allen features. JLTV will launch JLTV Presents Saturday Night at the Movies on July 17 airing three times at 5pm, 8pm and 11pm Eastern. The weekly feature films emanate from the MGM film library which consists of some of the best classic films in cinematic history. JLTV Presents Saturday Night at the Movies promises to entertain and captivate movie lovers of all ages.
