Joyce Eisenberg-Keefer and Mel Keefer Appointed to JLTV Board of Governors  JLTV is a honored to announce the appointment of Joyce-Eisenberg Keefer and Mel Keefer to its Board of Governors. Joyce is one of the nation's leading philanthropists in a variety of fields including medical and scientific research, the Los Angeles Jewish Home, the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, Israel Children's and Tennis Centers and a multitude of educational institutions including the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot, Israel. Mel began his artistic career as a cartoonist in the 1950's working in the areas of comic strips, comic books, book illustrations, advertising art and television and film. His Mac Divot golf series was syndicated by the Chicago Tribune and ran in 150 papers-nation wide and internationally. Mel's fine detail and distinct world view gave audiences the opportunity to lose themselves in adventure, drama, fantasy.
