The National Jewish Theater led by its Founder and Producing Artistic Director Arnold Mittelman, along with Jewish Life Foundation will be producing dramatic and musical performances for live and television audiences.   Upcoming planned projects include, The Soul of Gershwin: The Musical Journey of an American Klezmer, Theodor Herzl: A One-Man Play, and Theodore Bikel in Sholom Aleichem: Laughter Through Tears. "The merging of live audience performances along with television broadcasts will allow both the National Jewish Theater and JLTV to reach out to millions of Americans, along with the network's outreach into 43 countries around the world," Arnold Mittelman commented.  Plans to launch these various projects will begin in 2010.


One of the world's leading comic book publishers, Bluewater Comics and JLTV are joining forces to create two series of ten books each, focusing on Jewish personalities. The Jewish American Patriots project will highlight on such personalities as the financier of the American Revolution Haym Solomon, baseball great Hank Greenberg, and medicine wizard Dr. Jonas Salk.  Bluewater recently published its series called "Female Force" which included today's best-selling comic book, Michelle Obama.  The other series, the Pioneers of Israel, will present such greats as David Ben-Gurion, Moshe Dayan and Golda Meir.
