Welcome!
Communities in the Intermountain West are doing great things to become more successful and resilient - and we want everyone to know!
Created by Western Lands and Communities, a joint venture of Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and Sonoran Institute, the Successful Communities Online Toolkit information exchange (SCOTie) is a new planning toolkit and repository of innovative practices to empower communities to craft policies using the examples of their neighbors.
Explore the toolkit at www.scotie.org to see how SCOTie can inform your community.
SCOTie case studies cover a wide spectrum of planning codes, resolutions, and programs. Additionally, SCOTie houses a resources page and a portal to submit new case studies and resources.
Below are just a few of the newest case studies added to SCOTie.
