- Adopted PSV's Revised 2010 Budget
- Approved Fredericktown's Lay Pastor Mike Smith as a Candidate for Ministry
- Elected PSV's Commissioners to the 219th General Assembly of the PCUSA in Minneapolis in July 2010: Debbie Lewicki, Jim Browne, Jeff Myers, Charlene Baughman, Ginny Shanda, Patti Nussle, and Stephanie Van Vliet
- Elected and welcomed Richard Glass of Washington Court House as PSV's next Vice-Moderator.
- Awarded Peacemaker Awards to: Mary Hershberger and Kenneth Wilkinson
- Celebrated Retiring Pastors:
Craig Seitz, Jean Seitz, and Alan Wendt
