Heartful Village News             Forward to a Friend                        November 9, 2009
Greetings!

Can you believe we're pushing up against the end of 2009 already?  This year has zipped by so fast I think I got whiplash.

I hope all is well in your world.  Things are fine on this end.  I had friends visit last week and we went to Tunica, Mississippi, about 40 minutes away.  Knowing it's a casino town, I don't know what I expected, but I was surprised to find a mini-Vegas, complete with slot machines and all the usual gaming tables.  We had a fun time, but my gaming consisted of being robbed by a nickle slot machine that ate up my dollar with two pushes of the money eating button (they're now one-button bandits so you don't have to work so hard at giving your money away).
